It was a great 16 days and as I sit here thinking about returning to school tomorrow, I'll share the past 2 weeks in photos!
We started with a girls day trip to NYC with friends!

Then we enjoyed our Elf on the Shelf - Needlenose...but came down one morning and he was enjoying his time on the computer....
The girls enjoyed entangling themselves in our Christmas lights...
Photo shoot time - with dresses that turned into cute tops...
We had a great Christmas Eve dinner with my mom, dad and Aunt and Uncle from New York...
We ended the evening with the annual reading of Twas the Night Before Christmas, and then to bed to wait for Santa...
The girls shared their creativity with us by giving us original poems as gifts!
We then headed to Pennsylvania for extended Christmas fun - Carleigh had a great time participating in the Cupcake Eating Contest with her cousins Ryan and Abbie and Aunt Chrissy...
The break ended with an Ice Skating adventure in Reston...
Christmas has been put away for another year, homework is almost done, new clothes are ready, and the house is sort of cleaned....yet we wonder, where did the time go?
