Snow falling...and the joy it brings...during a Pandemic!

The first snowfall of the season came right before Christmas and it was a welcome bit of JOY during the crazy holiday season! We got about 5-6 inches and it was even better because we got 2 snow days also.

Christmas is near and, though it will be different, we will find ways to celebrate!

2021 is close!

Early December 2020 - Holiday fun, Christmas Decorations, Sonny and a Pandemic

December started at home...Katie was home from GMU for the remainder of the semester, not to return until January 23, 2021. Carleigh was back at UMW enjoying her off-campus apartment and finishing her semester in Fredericksburg.

Don has decided to teach from the basement for the remainder of the time until the holiday vacation, so we are all just finding ways to enjoy this different holiday season!

I built our annual Christmas Village - Rahnville...

A beautiful December night ...

More Christmas decorations...and joy

The annual search for the perfect Christmas tree...

Time to decorate and celebrate all of our travels since we haven't had any recent adventures during this time.

New front porch decorations and two rocking chairs..

A much needed girls weekend and lots of relaxation...

Sonny loves his toys! He can't wait till Christmas and to see what Santa brings!!

Don turns 48 during the pandemic!

Sonny got his own ornament!

During this unprecedented time....

...We just keep watching the world go by and appreciate any beauty and joy we can find!

Snow is coming, Christmas is close and we're still in the midst of a Global Pandemic.

Finding bits of holiday joy keeps us going as we continue to celebrate Seldom a Dull Moment!
