Emerald Isle #9 - Fun at the Beach!!

Emerald Isle #9.....

Our annual trip to the beach has become routine, and normal and still SOOOOO much fun!! This week was no different. We had waves, sand, sun, fun times and family!

Here are the highlights:

The weather was fantastic all week - we lucked out with no rain!

We had fun on the beach and in the water:

We went to Bogue Inlet Pier one evening and explored...

We did the obligatory Putt Putt game, beach shopping, Ice Cream (more than once), and had an all around great time!

And our week ends with the West/Rahn/Bernardo photo shoots...it is not just a picture that is taken, but an EVENT!

It was a great week and I love that we get to spend the quality time with my mom and dad, sister Patty and her husband Ev. Even though there was nothing very different or crazy about this trip, it's still a highlight of the year for all of us. It's time away from the craziness of all of our lives, to come together, catch up and make memories! Thanks to my mom and dad for raising Patty and I to want to do family trips, and for continuing to create great memories that will be cherished forever!!
